Stealth Manufacturing is your home for gas burners, pan burners and inlet tubes. Our facility spans over 60,000 square feet. This location is home to over 40 propriertarty equipment and is where we perform progressive die stamping, precision metal stamping and sheet metal stamping. We conduct all our services in-house to save you time and reduce your costs.

Designing Tips:

  • Porting styles include round, lanced, slotted, louvered and pierced.
  • Stealth stocks a wide array of bend radii tooling to accommodate most tube material, diameter or wall thicknesses. A radius of 1.5 times the tube diameter is generally the minimum.
  • Rotational – sliding and special shutter caps are available.

Stealth changed the industry over 20 years ago by creating the first seamless pan burner. Seamless pan burners innovatively eliminate the potential for leaks resulting from bad welds, seams, and joints through the unique fabrication of multiple sheet metal components. These high quality stainless steel rolled tube burners may be incorporated within natural draft or fan assisted applications and are adaptable for either single or multiple configurations.  White immediately available in 40 mm and 50 mm sizes, we are able to craft a custom designed unit to meet your project’s unique durability and functionality specifications. In addition, we offer the widest range of porting options in the industry. Highly efficient with low emissions, Stealth’s European thin film burners are ideal for a broad spectrum of applications, including space heaters, boilers, fireplaces, water heaters, swimming pool heaters, and cooking appliances.

inlet tubes

Stealth produces high quality inlet tubes (also known as venturi tubes) for use with burners of a non-tubular design. The function of the tube is to mix gas and primary air and deliver the mixed gas to a burner assembly for combustion. Inlet tube design is critical to the performance of a burner. An improper design can lead to poor combustion, flash back and many other undesirable characteristics. The Stealth team offers diverse experience crafting units from a variety of tube diameters and materials and is qualified to assist you in meeting your most demanding performance expectations.

Design options:

  • The majority of inlet tubes have a shutter designed into them for the precise adjustment of primary air into your burner. These shutters generally locate the orifice for proper concentricity.
  • Inlet tubes may be supplied with a flange for convenient bolting onto a mating part or non-flanged for welding directly to a pan burner or similar unit.
  • Inlet tubes may be constructed with or without a venturi feature – a funnel shaped element that aids in the mixing of gas and primary air.
